Betlive Casino

Welcome to Betlive Casino. Explore our casino and sports products below.

Our site speaks English, Georgian and Russian, and you can switch between them from the language menu at any time. Sport matters to us away from the screen as well. We are an official partner of the Georgian Athletics Federation, and NBA player Sandro Mamukelashvili is one of our ambassadors. We also back the betlive Amateur Basketball League and the Dinamo Tbilisi water polo club.

Licence and permits

Operator and permits

We operate as betlive LLC, identification code 404983238, registered at 123 Akaki Tsereteli Avenue, Didube District, Tbilisi, Georgia. We organise gambling and prize games in electronic form under four permits issued by the Revenue Service of Georgia, numbered 19-05/390, 19-12/008, 19-10/003 and 19-11/010.

Two of these permits are tied to specific products. Slot games run under permit 19-11/010, and casino games run under permit 19-10/003. Our game rules follow the Georgian law on organising lotteries, gambling and prize games. Whenever we change or extend them, the change is agreed in writing with the Revenue Service and then published on our site.

The game systems carry authorisation certificates issued by Random Systems Georgia LLC. Certificate GE-CA-A0002 covers slot games, and certificate GE-CA-A0002-2 covers casino games.

Who can play

Citizens of other countries and stateless persons can play from the age of 18. For citizens of Georgia the minimum age is 25. People who appear on Georgia's list of dependent persons or list of prohibited persons cannot play at all. If an account is opened under the minimum age or with a false date of birth, we can suspend it, withhold winnings and report the case to law enforcement.

Each person may hold one account, and that account belongs to its owner alone. Letting anyone else use it is not allowed, and keeping the password safe is your responsibility. We may decline a registration, or a bet, without giving a reason.

Casino lobby

Our casino has its own tabs for slots, live dealer games, mini games and peer-to-peer table games, next to sport, live betting, poker and promotions in the main menu.

Table games

Domino, Bura and Backgammon, along with Seka, are played against other players. Our table lobby offers tournament, cash and spin formats. Domino and Bura players can earn rakeback by rank, from Starter to Grandmaster. Starter returns 10% of the commission paid as points, while Grandmaster returns 40%. These ranks are held over six-month periods, and the Domino and Bura spin tournaments offer winnings of up to 1,250x.

Mini games

AlphaJet is our own crash game. Beside it you can play JetX from SmartSoft, Aviatrix, and instant games from Pragmatic Play, Hacksaw, BGaming, Galaxsys and other studios. Steady Games, OptimoPlay, VeliPlay, NextLevel and PascalGaming share the same tab, and titles such as King's Move and Hot Racing sit next to the crash games.

Slots

Studios in our lobby

Our slot lobby brings together more than 30 studios. Among them are Pragmatic Play, Play'n GO, Hacksaw, ELK, Playson, Relax Gaming, Nolimit City, EGT Interactive, 3 Oaks, Mascot, BGaming, Red Tiger, Quickspin and Habanero, with smaller names such as Wicked Games, Fantasma and Esoterica alongside them. Novomatic, Microgaming, Endorphina, Spinomenal, Pateplay and EGT Digital are part of the same lobby.

Browse by theme

You can browse by studio or by theme. The theme filters cover New, Jackpot, Megaways, Books, Fruits, Sevens, Egypt, Animals, Clover Chance and Bell Link. Whether you are after a classic fruit machine, an adventure in ancient Egypt or a Megaways reel set, the filters narrow the list down without scrolling through every studio.

NetEnt and the United Kingdom

NetEnt is one of the studios in the lobby, but NetEnt games are not offered to players in the United Kingdom.

If a game malfunctions

Every slot follows the same rule if something goes wrong. When a game malfunctions, all plays and payouts in that game are void and your stake is returned to your balance.

Live casino

Live tables

Our live casino brings real dealers from Evolution, Pragmatic Play, BetConstruct, Digitain and EGT, along with betlive Roulette, the table we run ourselves. The lobby is split into Roulette, Blackjack, Game Show and Baccarat, with a Top games tab for quick access. Titles include Lightning Roulette, XXXtreme Lightning Roulette, Immersive Roulette and Crazy Time, plus our own betlive Blackjack 1 and betlive Blackjack 2. Two branded tables, betlive x ImagineLive Roulette and betlive x Pragmatic Roulette, are part of the roulette line-up as well.

Each kind of table has its own stake range and maximum win.

Game	Stake per bet	Maximum win
Evolution live roulette	0.5 GEL to 5,000 GEL	10,000 GEL
Live baccarat	2 GEL to 20,000 GEL	55,000 GEL
Live blackjack	10 GEL to 5,000 GEL	55,000 GEL
Electronic spinning wheel	0.01 GEL to 500 GEL	350,000 GEL

Low stakes on the electronic wheel suit a relaxed session, while the baccarat tables leave room for bigger bets. If a single bet wins more than the maximum set for its game, the win is paid up to that maximum.

Poker

Poker tables

Our poker room deals Texas Hold'em and Omaha through an international poker supplier. Stakes run from 0.02 GEL to 7,800 GEL, and cash tables stay open around the clock. The rake on every poker game is 6%, which means 94% of each pot is paid out to the winners.

Three freerolls start every day, at 2pm and 5pm with a prize pool of 100 GEL each, and at 8pm with 200 GEL. All three times are Georgia time, which is GMT+4. Poker tickets won in promotions land on the Tournament page and stay valid for 72 hours.

Our live casino also has a Poker category.

Sportsbook

Our sportsbook covers around 35 sports. Football, tennis, basketball and ice hockey sit next to MMA, Formula 1, darts and cricket, and esports fans can bet on CS2 and Dota from the same coupon. A time filter shows only the events that start within the next hour, three, six, twelve or 24 hours, or tomorrow, which keeps a busy evening of fixtures easy to scan.

Pre-match and live

Pre-match betting covers fixtures before they begin, and the Live tab carries in-play betting on events that are already under way, with prices moving as the game develops. Cash out lets you settle a bet before the final result, and an auto cash-out option is available as well. Cash-out features work on verified accounts.

Combos and BetBuilder

Our sportsbook includes Combo and BetBuilder. A combo can hold up to 35 selections.

Virtual sports and Free Sport

Virtual sports from Betradar cover football, basketball, tennis and baseball, as well as horse racing and dog racing. Free Sport has its own tab in the sportsbook and requires full verification of your account.

Stakes and limits

The minimum stake is 0.10 GEL and the maximum stake is 10,000 GEL. A single ticket can win up to 100,000 GEL, and winnings above that amount are not paid out. Total odds on a ticket are capped at 10,000, and a ticket whose combined odds go higher can be settled at odds of 10,000. If a technical error on our side or in the betting software affects a bet, the bet can be cancelled and the stake returned to you.

Promotions

Welcome Bonus, Sports Expert and CashOut+ require a fully verified profile, and each has its own eligibility conditions. We can change, cancel or end any promotion at any time without advance notice, and prizes can be cancelled if a promotion's requirements are not met or dishonest play is found. Free spins and free chips gifted in promotions are usually valid for 48 hours.

Welcome Bonus

New players receive 500 free spins after registering and completing verification. From the day your verification is confirmed, the Welcome Bonus stays open to you for 30 days. Each free spin is worth 0.15 GEL, and you can exchange your spins for the studio and denomination you prefer. Your slot play also fills a daily progress bar. Every checkpoint you reach opens a round of Cards Light, where the cards hide prizes from 60 to 1,000 free spins or a BMW CE02 HL. Half of the free spins won in Cards Light go to a silver bank you can redeem whenever you like, and the other half to a gold bank that opens the day after the promotion ends. Progress resets every day at midnight Georgia time. A few games do not count towards the offer, among them the EGT Interactive roulettes and video poker games, Books of 99 and Marching Legions from Relax Gaming, and 1429 Uncharted Seas from Thunderkick. A BMW CE02 HL won in Cards Light is delivered within 30 days of the promotion closing, once the winner has signed the transfer documents and taken part in our marketing for the prize.

Sports Expert

Sports Expert is a sports quiz. Once a day, after a total deposit of at least 10 GEL, you choose at least four of the ten questions and submit your answers. Four correct out of four earns 50 free spins, and a perfect ten out of ten earns 10,000 free spins. The deposit that unlocks the quiz does not have to be played through.

CashOut+

CashOut+ lets you take your money from a football bet at any moment before or during the match. It covers almost every football league, including the Premier League, Champions League, Europa League, Conference League, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga and Ligue 1. You can use it on match result, first half, double chance, handicap, total goals and team total goals markets.

betlive Roulette

Our renewed auto roulette shows graphical statistics for sectors, dozens, columns and endings. You can save your favourite bets and place them faster between spins. Free chips won in promotions are credited straight to this table.

Payments

Your account is held in Georgian lari, so balances, stakes and prizes are always in lari. Money moves in and out through our partner financial institutions, by card, bank, wallet or cash. Deposits and withdrawals require identity verification. Every bet is placed from your own funds, as we do not offer play on credit.

Deposits

Visa and Mastercard deposits are confirmed with the 3-D Secure code your bank sends by SMS. Apple Pay works from the deposit screen too. You can also top up through mobile or internet banking with your betlive user PIN, pay from an eMoney wallet, or use a payment terminal with your personal number, an SMS code and the same PIN. Cash is accepted by a cashier at Money Movers desks in Georgia and at Liberty Bank branches.

When you deposit with a card, you can agree to have it saved, so you do not need to type its details again for later deposits or withdrawals. You can even set one primary card for deposits and a different one for withdrawals.

Withdrawals

Card withdrawals go to a Visa or Mastercard that has already been used for at least one deposit and saved to your account. You can also withdraw to your eMoney wallet, collect cash at a Money Movers desk after verifying with a personal ID or passport, or take it out at a Liberty Bank branch, which needs valid ID and a Liberty Bank account.

For extra security you can switch on an SMS code that has to be entered for every withdrawal. If you change personal details such as your name or email, we can hold withdrawals until the change is confirmed.

Account and verification

Registration

Opening an account runs in three stages.

Press Register and fill in your nationality, personal ID number, date of birth, username, password and email address.
Add your gender and a phone number, then confirm the number with the code we send by SMS.
Choose verification, pick your document type, upload the photos and complete the live check.

Identity verification

You photograph both sides of your ID card or passport, making sure the whole document is visible before you upload it, and then pass a live face check by webcam, which our partner Veriff processes. The session video is deleted no later than one day after the check.

Citizens of Georgia verify with a Georgian ID card or passport. Everyone else uses a foreign passport. An ID card is accepted instead only where Georgia and the player's home country have an agreement on crossing the border with an ID card.

Until verification is complete, only your profile and the verification pages are open. A member of our team confirms or rejects your documents within a reasonable time. Once you are verified, your personal number is fixed and cannot be changed. We may ask for identification documents again later, and if a document is not provided or your identity cannot be established, winnings can be withheld.

Responsible gambling

We see gambling as entertainment, never as a way to earn money. Play only with money you can afford to lose without it causing problems for you, and use the tools below whenever you want to step back.

Self-exclusion

You can close your account for an indefinite period on your own initiative. To start, send us photos of the front and back of your ID document and a photo of yourself holding it, through live chat or by email. While self-exclusion is active, the account cannot be used and no games can be played. If you change your mind, log in within 10 days of the request and confirm that you want the account back. After that period, restoring it takes a new live verification or documents sent by chat or email. Closure and restoration requests can take up to 10 working days to process. This period may be extended during an investigation or a temporary restriction of the account. An account that still holds money cannot be permanently deactivated, so withdraw your balance first.

Managing play

For a short pause, open Profile, choose Deactivate Account and confirm with a one-time SMS code, or send your documents to our team by live chat or email. The account switches off for 24 hours and comes back on by itself. You can also block slots, sportsbook, casino or poker one by one and keep the rest open. Send a photo of your identity document and one of yourself holding it, and we confirm the block by SMS to your registered phone within 72 hours. Reopening a blocked product with the same photos takes up to 30 minutes. Your account shows your deposit and withdrawal history and how often you log in.

Frequently asked questions

Is Betlive Casino licensed?

Yes, we are licensed in Georgia. Our terms are written under the law of Georgia, and any dispute about using the site goes to the Common Courts of Georgia. If a translated version of the terms differs from the Georgian text, the Georgian text applies.

Can I open more than one account?

No. If a second account turns up, we block the one that was not registered with a Georgian identity document. Between two accounts opened with foreign documents, the later one is blocked. Money obtained legitimately on a blocked account is moved to the active one on request.

How do I log in safely?

After five wrong login attempts the account locks for five minutes, and after 15 minutes without activity you sign in again. You can turn on an SMS message that tells you whenever your account is entered from a network it has not used before. The mobile version also offers a quick passcode login.

Can I play on my phone?

Yes, our mobile version runs in the browser on your phone, and like the desktop site it is open 24 hours a day.

What happens if my ID document expires?

We remind you a month before the expiry date and again two weeks before it. If no new document arrives, the account stops being active from midnight on the expiry day until you upload an updated one in your profile, send it by email or contact our call centre.

What happens to an inactive account?

An account counts as inactive after a year without use, and the money on it is then treated as abandoned. At least 60 days before that point we take reasonable steps to let you know. Inactive accounts are closed and their funds are moved to a special account.

How do I raise a complaint?

Send it in writing to our legal address or by email within 10 working days of the transaction you dispute. We review it and reach a decision within 30 calendar days, then tell you the outcome within 3 working days.

Can I get a copy of my account history?

Yes, ask in writing, and we email your transactions, game history and login records together with a copy of our terms no later than 10 working days after receiving the request.

Support and contact

Our support team is available 24/7. You can talk to an operator through live chat, call us on (032) 2 90 44 44, or write to us by email. To restore a deactivated account, send both sides of your ID and a selfie with the document via live chat, and the account is reactivated within half an hour of confirming the SMS code we send.
